Return Policy
At commandments.it, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in original condition, unused, with all original tags attached.
- Products that are worn, washed, altered, or missing tags will not be eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
- Please fill out our Contact Form with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond with the return address and further instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
